We are pleased that we chose Mark to inspect our potential home. We ended up walking away from the purchase after the inspection but have no regrets. Mark spent a lot of time on the inspection and explained things as he went along. He even rushed us an extremely detailed inspection report the same evening because he knew we were meeting with our lender in the morning. Great guy. Highly recommended. Mark saved me a big headache and thousands of dollars when he found a suspicious stain on a closet ceiling. After inspecting the roof then climbing into the attic, he verified his suspicion that the roof had failed. I was able to negotiate with the sellers for a reduced purchase price.
